Emergency and After Office Hours:
Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. We are committed to our patients' dental health no matter what time of the day or night it is. If you are experiencing a true emergency, you should dial 911 immediately. If you are a current patient, and have an issue that cannot wait until normal office hours, please call us at (817) 430-1212 for instructions.
Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance, Billing and Payment Options
Payment for services is expected at the time of treatment. We accept many traditional insurance plans, so please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. If your plan either allows you to choose your own dentist, or you subscribe to a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan in which we participate, we are happy to file claims on your behalf for direct reimbursment. Be aware that our office does not participate in Health Management Organization (HMO/DMO) plans.
For non-insured and co-pay charges, we accept checks, cash and many types of credit/debit cards. You may also register for an account in order to make online payments.
